โœจ "First start to practice Self-Compassion, then start with Compassion with the big C." It seems that somehow it is easier to be compassionate towards others than towards ourselves. However, when we apply Self-Compassion, we can understand other's struggles much more and are much more likely to be even more compassionate towards them when we see their suffering. When you are more compassionate towards your self, your sense of compassion will strengthen and your viewpoints are most likely to become more kinder and understanding. Often we find it hard to being kind, non-judgmental & non-critical towards ourselves.
